  • Selling Your House

    1. Fill out our inquiry form and one of our real estate specialists will schedule a time to speak with you and talk about your home selling goals.
    2. We provide you with a comparative market analysis of your home, help you identify what your home is worth, and list your home for the best price.
    3. Save money! Whereas other agents take a 2.5-3% commission, our agents agree to sell your home for 1.5-2% commission.
  • Buying a New House

    1. Fill out our inquiry form and one of our real estate specialists will schedule a time to speak with you and talk about your home buying goals.
    2. We help you get pre-approved so you know exactly how much house you can afford before you start shopping.
    3. Once you find a house, we negotiate the price and we will apply our Realtor partner credit to cover all of your closing costs.
